At Blyp, we source our clothing and accessories from specialist global suppliers to bring you the best prices and unique styles.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Delivery Estimates: For our UK customers, shipping typically takes between 5 to 7 business days. Please note that during peak seasons, shipping may take slightly longer.
Shipping Costs: We are proud to offer tracked shipping to all mainland UK addresses. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Tracking: Every order includes a tracking number so you can follow your parcel from our supplier’s warehouse right to your doorstep.

14-Day Return Window: Under UK consumer regulations, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us if you wish to return an item.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
How to Start a Return: Simply contact our support team at blyptech@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide you with the return instructions.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please send us a photo immediately. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
